Qatar International Motor Show’s Fifth Edition to Return in February 2015
Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) revealed that the Qatar International Motor Show will be held for the fifth consecutive year from 6 to 10 February 2015 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
According to QTA, the Qatar International Motor Show will continue to increase in size and visibility; and showcase the passion this region has for the automotive industry.
Automobile aficionados, motorsports enthusiasts and professionals from the automotive sector are eagerly waiting for the fifth edition, after experiencing the five days of excitement last year.
Hosted by QTA in conjunction with q.media and Fira de Barcelona, Qatar International Motor Show has become one of the most talked about international annual events in the automotive calendar. The fourth edition of the show was held between February 21 and 25 at the Qatar National Convention Center and clocked an unprecedented registration of online passes prior to the show and a record breaking 70,000 visitors from over 100 countries. The fifth edition is slated to surpass the previous edition in terms of participation and number of visitors.
The venue is being designed specifically to celebrate the milestone 5th edition and will impart an air charged with adrenalin associated with motorsports. The show will exhibit notable and international car and motorcycle brands that will display their latest luxury, sport, mid-size and SUV segments.
A highly interactive platform, Qatar International Motor Show 2015 is geared to be an action packed program. Visitors can witness and participate in presentations, hosted talks, photo-exhibitions and a whole spectrum of auto related activities. Motorsports celebrities and experts are expected to enthrall visitors as well.
