Qatar Museums is inviting members of the youth sector to attend the Qatar Creates – Teen Council Expo at Khalifa International Stadium on 10 June.

During an official address at the Expo, Qatar Museums Chairperson, HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, will provide details on the Qatar Creates – Teen Council, a platform that will empower teenagers and young adults across the country to elevate their voices and give them opportunities to meet, exchange ideas and grow as individuals.

Information booths throughout the Expo will also give the young participants the chance to learn about the various volunteering opportunities available at Qatar Museums during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and beyond.

Speaking ahead of the Expo, HE Sheikha Al Mayassa, said that the new initiative, Qatar Creates–Teen Council, will bring together young people who want to take part in Qatar’s cultural life by engaging in future endevours of Qatar Museums and create a place for them to gather, collaborate and plan events .

She added that they are excited to hear from the youth, to create and bring ideas to life, and that they look forward to welcoming them.

The Qatar Creates – Teen Council Expo will be held on Friday, 10 June from 5 pm until 10 pm.
