Qatar Museums (QM) is offering complimentary Culture Pass Plus membership to healthcare workers in Qatar as a show of appreciation and gratitude for their hard work and dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All staff from Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) and from the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) are eligible to obtain a complimentary membership card from the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ) gift shops. They only need to present their staff ID.
According to Qatar Museums CEO Ahmad Musa Al Namla, healthcare workers in Qatar have been pivotal in assisting the country deal with COVID-19 pandemic. He said that their selfless dedication and care have ensured that those affected by the illness received adequate, and often, life-saving care.
Qatar Museums would like to extend complimentary Culture Pass Plus membership to healthcare professionals at HMC, PHCC and MoPH as a show of our appreciation for their tireless commitment to ensuring the health and well-being of citizens and residents in Qatar. As Culture Pass members, healthcare professionals can avail a host of benefits and discounts for an array of culturally enriching experiences in Qatar.
With a Culture Pass Plus membership, eligible healthcare professionals can take advantage of free entry to museums, galleries and temporary exhibitions at the NMoQ, Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art, Alriwaq Gallery, and the Fire Station: Artist in Residence.
Culture Pass Plus members enjoy a 25% discount at NMoQ and at Mathaf gift shops, Cass Art Qatar and the IN-Q online store, as well as 25% off when dining at Jiwan and 15% off at Cafe #999 and MIA Park Kiosks. A 10% discount is also offered for Doha Film Institute master classes and film screenings. Members also enjoy year-long access to Culture Pass tours, workshops and talks.
