Protecting its life and not compromising its sovereignty, the falconry legacy, that we are proud of, has become a global human legacy by registering it on the UNESCO list.

He added, ‘The turnout for registration was great, whether on the website of the association, or the direct presence to inspect the falcons.’

Furthermore, Al Mehshadi pointed out that after counting the numbers of registrants, a lottery will be conducted for the participants and published at a later time.

On the occasion, the President of the Qatari Society of Al Gannas extended his thanks to the Katara Cultural Village Foundation and to the supporting and cooperating bodies, including the Organizing Committee for the National Day and the Qatar Center for Cultural and Heritage Events.
