The Ministry of Public Health announced a revised list of country classifications based on COVID-19 risk, effective 15 November 2021 at 12 noon. 

The number of countries in the Red List has gone up from 15 to 21. On the other hand, as many as 181 countries have been listed in the Green List, down from 188.

The number of countries included in the Exceptional Red List (high risk) also increased from nine to 10. Kenya has been taken off the list, while Egypt and South Sudan have been added.
