Qetaifan Island North provide the best environment for residents and visitors, in addition to meeting the growing market demand, satisfying all tastes, catering to all segments and supporting other sectors such as tourism, hospitality and entertainment.

One of the most prominent of these projects is the Waterpark, which is the first of its kind in terms of design, inspired by the history of oil discovery and extraction in Qatar. Qetaifan Island North also has its own school and medical centre in partnership with Fenton Whelan and the Aplomado Investments-UK.

HE Sheikh Nasser bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani – Managing Director of Qetaifan Projects, expressed his pleasure at receiving the awards, which he said is another achievement to their record.

Reaching this position places more responsibility on our shoulders towards realising this dream and working to achieve it in a manner corresponding with the name of Qatar as the first Arab country to host the 2022 World Cup.

HE Sheikh Al-Thani said that the achievement is the result of concerted efforts and an example of working hand-in-hand, without which they would not have achieved what they did.

The residential units in Qetaifan Island North were launched at Cityscape 2021, which also witnessed a remarkable demand due to its distinctive sea views, in addition to the services and facilities that the towers will provide to residents.
