Meatballs

  • 375g minced lamb
  • salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 450g cherry purée
  • 40g sugar
  • 10ml corn oil
  • Arabic bread

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix minced lamb, salt and pepper
  2. Taking small portions at a time, shape meat to approximately 2 cms in diameter
  3. Fry meatballs in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Put it to one side
  4. Heat another saucepan, add cherry purée and cook over moderate heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Add sugar
  5. To serve, prepare a plate with Arabic bread. Pour sauce and add meatballs

Tips: You can add pine nuts, cinnamon powder and herbs. Serve dish while hot.
