  • 300 grams of fresh chicken liver
  • Half cup pomegranate sauce
  • Three cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper black
  • Lemon juice
  • Fresh Coriander


  1. Cut the chicken livers cubes then heat the pan with oil, add the liver with pepper and salt and fry for five to ten minutes then layer on the side
  2. Heat the pan then fry the garlic and fresh coriander for two minutes, add the pomegranate sauce and lemon juice
  3. Boil for two minutes then mix the chicken livers and sauce for 30 seconds on medium heat
  4. Check salt pepper, and served hot
