Reach Out to Asia (ROTA) is going to host its annual International Education & Resource Network (iEARN) Open House on Saturday 2nd June at the Qatar Foundation Student Center.

iEaRN Open House 2012 will see 350 students and 50 teachers representing 19 schools and showcasing 27 projects including new projects called Origami, Beauty of the Beasts, Tub Gardens and Finding Solutions to Hunger.

iEARN is a no-profit organisation made up of over 30,000 schools and youth organisations in more than 130 countries. It empowers teachers and young people to work together using the internet and other technology. Encouraged by iEARN’s success, ROTA is taking a bold step in organising a 2 day meeting in July to establish iEARN Arabia, the first iEARN network in the Arab world.
