The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) will open a Hayya service centre on Saturday, 1 October to assist fans attending this year’s FIFA World Cup™.

Located at Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena, the service centre will provide face-to-face support for fans with Hayya Card inquiries. Fans will also be able to print their cards at the facility. The centre will be open from 10 am to 10 pm daily and from 2 pm to 10 pm on Fridays, until 23 January 2023.

The Hayya Card is mandatory for all FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ ticketholders. It will provide access to stadiums and free public transport on match days during the tournament. The Hayya Card will also act as an entry permit to Qatar for international fans.

According to Saeed Al Kuwari, Hayya Operations Director at SC, thousands of fans have successfully applied for their Hayya Card, with the vast majority enjoying a smooth application process. He said that the service centre will provide issue resolution for fans – both in the lead-up to the tournament and during the entire World Cup.

Hayya Card applications may be accessed online or via the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile application, available via the iOS App Store, Google Play and Huawei App Gallery. Please note that applicants must have a valid match ticket number and should have their personal details, passport photograph and accommodation information on hand during the application.

The SC has also organised a series of webinars to explain the Hayya Card process. Click here for more details.
