The new Chef de Cuisine, South-African born, Gary Richardson, is perfectly suited to develop the offering and brings a wealth of experience to the role. Having worked in fine-dining venues throughout Europe, most notably the acclaimed Daylesford Organic in England, Gary’s passion for the farm-to-table philosophy is well-honed. His recent stint back home in South Africa saw him heading up the kitchens for two eminent wine estates, before moving to Qatar as Head Chef.
