Q-Auto, the official dealer of Audi in Qatar, announces the launch of new automobile service vehicles that are designed to assist drivers at their residence.
If the service advisor evaluates that the car can be inspected on-site, the service mobiles will be dispatched to the customer’s location. Trained professionals will perform a diagnostic or small repair service to save the customer from having to drive the vehicle to the service centre.
All mobile units are fully equipped for small on-site repairs that cover an array of essential services including common AC problems, abnormal car vibrations, EPC light fixtures as well as other technical issues. Moreover, to further analyse the car’s mechanics, the technician may even test drive the car with the owner to get a clearer outlook on the driver’s concerns. The service mobiles are on the road from 8 am to 5 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

This new service compliments the existing services offered by Audi, including courtesy cars, complimentary “drop backs” to a central point in Doha, premium service valet from the dealership and a vehicle collection and delivery service for a minimal fee. The service centre working hours have also been extended for customer convenience and now operate from 8 am to 7 pm from Saturday to Wednesday and 8 am to 1 pm on Thursday.
