The perfect place to enjoy dinner and a beautiful sunset, Sora is the epitome of Park Hyatt Doha’s exquisite culinary offering.

Sora, a stylish Japanese rooftop restaurant and lounge at Park Hyatt Doha, is pleased to announce the launch of its new a la carte menu. Embodying Park Hyatt Doha’s immersive culinary experiences, food connoisseurs can discover Japanese gastronomic heritage with specially curated experiences mastered by Chef de Cuisine Joon Su Park at Sora.

On his inspiration for the new menu creation, Chef Joon Su Park stresses that the concept was to provide a colourful and interesting experience for guests, introducing exclusive items that will be available for the first time on the menu and widening the offering to also offer vegan delicacies.

Boasting a selection of mouthwatering Japanese dishes, Sora’s new menu spans a selection of fine items including Sashimi, Nigiri, Maki Rolls, and a special choice of Robata dishes with star items such as the Wagyu Beef Striploin, the Hokkaido Scallops and the Lobster Butter Yaki. The menu also features a fusion of creativity with dishes such as Japanese Style Hummus and Crispy Ice Salad along with an assortment of desserts starring the Garden of Zen and the Choco Coco amongst others.

The new beverage menu is also as exciting as it can be with exceptional mixes crafted by the experts including the Aki No Kaze (Autumn Wind), the Inochi No Mizu (Water of Life), and the Yume No Teien (Garden of Dreams).
