Generation.org students, alumni and teachers on November 28, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. Worldwide, more than 75 million young people are unemployed. But many employers canít find people with the skills they need for entry-level jobs. Generation was created in 2014 to help bridge this gapóat speed and scale. Today, Generation is active in five countriesó57 cities and 134 sitesówith diverse social, economic and labor-market contexts. A career-launching job for every young person, anywhere in the world. Generation's mission is two-fold: to empower young people to build thriving, sustainable careers and to provide employers the highly-skilled, motivated talent they need.
