To celebrate the Asian Games 2018, Team Qatar has revealed new athlete apparel developed by global sportswear brand adidas. The brand has designed and produced leisurewear for the 221 athletes currently representing Qatar across 30 different sports.
The new agreement will also see adidas produce a range of supporter apparel, accessories and footwear, which will be available in selected stores across Qatar from October 2018. Team Qatar and their fans will be wearing the kit at Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and beyond.

Speaking on the launch of the new kit, Qatar Olympic Committee President, Jassim Al Buenain said:
The QOC is proud to have collaborated with adidas to create a stunning new uniform which represents the continuous sporting success and achievements of Team Qatar on both continental and international levels. To have such innovative sportswear clothing with a high-end brand like adidas, our athletes will not only help inspire high performance amongst others on the biggest sporting stages around the world, but also encourage the people of Qatar to support from home and by wearing supporter apparel too.’
The adidas Team Qatar range includes a mixture of athletic wear including polo shirts, hoodies, pants, bags, caps and even water bottles in Qatari colours. The team will be seen in a variety of the kit during the Asian Games 2018, some of which will be available for fans to purchase in October.
