The Good Life Festival at Sharq Village & Spa

The Sharq Village & Spa presents The Good Life from the 23 to 26 November, in which master chefs from around the world will showcase their skills in a succession of spectacular dinner events.

The festival will begin with a cocktail reception on the 23rd, where each guest chef will preside over a cooking station and prepare dishes a la minute, while butlers serve guests drinks and canapes created by the resident culinary team.

Following the launch, there will be a series of dinners at Al Dana, lead by one of the chefs.

Doxis Berkis, executive chef of The Westin Resort and The Romanos Luxury Collection, will bring his culinary experience to the forefront with his Mediterranean style.

Theodoros Karinos, who holds two Michelin stars, will showcase his Greek and Mediterranean fusions.

There will also be a chef’s table event running at the same time as the dinners at Al Dana, for 10 guests, where the guest will have the chance to talk to the chef and enjoy a personalised four-course meal.

For anyone who has a penchant for sweet things, Chef Antje Rauterberg’s “Sweet Delight” should not be missed. She will be presenting a collection of pastries and confections to be sampled with cigars and Glengoyne. She will also be hosting a cooking class, so you can learn the secrets from a master.
