The Ritz-Carlton, Doha and Aspire Zone Foundation Host Inter-Hotel Football Tournament

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, as the 2014 Inter-hotel football tournament winner, in partnership with Aspire park will host the 3rd Annual Inter-hotel Football Tournament. The opening ceremony was held on 14 November 2015 at 7 pm at Aspire Zone number 12, and it will be followed by the round of matches.

The annual football event is organised to promote the spirit of sportsmanship amongst Qatar’s hotel community ‎by offering their star footballers a platform to exhibit their skills. This year’s tournament has a record ‎number of participants; a total of 15 hotels including Sharq Village & Spa, Kempinski Residences & Marsa Malaz Kempinski, Grand Heritage Doha Hotel & Spa, Hilton Doha, W Doha Hotel, Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, Doha Marriott, Marriott Marquis City Centre Doha, Amari Doha, Adagio Apartment Hotel-Premium, Fraser Suites, Doha,  The St. Regis Doha, Grand Hyatt Doha

Erden Kendigelen, General Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, said:

The football matches slowly raise to be an important asset of Qatar community serving to inspire a healthy sport environment around the country. We are extremely excited to support the teams and we invite all football enthusiast to come and support the inter-hotel football tournament.’

The final match and the closing ceremony will be held on December 5 at 8 pm at the football field of Aspire Park.
