Guests will be impressed with the huge selection of the dishes offered, including the 48 hours wagyu beef ribs, lobster tails, Angus steak tartare, dry aged beef burger, Rockefeller oyster, grilled hamour and a lot more.

With its relaxed atmosphere and view over The Pearl-Qatar and Katara, Astor Grill is the perfect restaurant for friends and families who desire to get together for dinner. Astor Grill is the only restaurant in the country offering dry aged prime meat prepared on the grill in the Josper oven.

The ageing process takes up to 21 days where primal cuts are hanged in a refrigerated room with a humidity of 75% to 80% and temperatures between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius. Guests experiencing the dry aged meat will notify that the flavours and texture are different. There is a greater concentration of beef flavours and the meat is much tender.

James Norman, Executive Chef at The St. Regis Doha, said:

With a deep understanding of prime cuts and the use of the finest ingredients, Astor Grill Steakhouse keep raising the bar in Qatar.’
