The St. Regis Doha has recently appointed Chef Jean–Luc Morcellet, as their new Executive Chef who will be serving their award-winning restaurants.

Chef Morcellet, of French origins, brings more than 20 years of international experience to his role, having worked in reputable hotel chains in France, UAE, UK, USA and Zimbabwe. Chef Morcellet has lead culinary teams and has catered to a number of important personalities, including the late South African President, Nelson Mandela. Chef Morcellet is set to bring his applied experience and creativity to the ST. Regis Doha, which will add to the excellence of the dishes served and the quality of service.

In his role as Executive Chef at The St. Regis Doha, Morcellet will oversee all culinary aspects of the hotel’s various gastronomic offerings which include: Astor Grill, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Oyster Bay, Sarab Lounge, Al Sultan Brahim, Vine, banquets and external outside catering. Morcellet will also be supporting the Chefs at Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean and Opal by Gordon Ramsay.
