The Award-winning restaurant Hunters Room and Grill at The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa, has recently announced the launch of its new innovative Menu.

Showcasing more than 35 dishes, all carefully crafted by Hunters Room and Grill Chef de Cuisine, Esteban Guevara, with a new twist from Latin America. The Menu has been designed to offer an exciting dining experience throughout a selection of delicious soups, appetisers, burgers and the Chef’s signature dishes.

The New Menu consists of:

  • Kale Salad, which includes Granny Smith apple with pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, mint honey mustard and smoked salmon to add more crunchiness
  • Beef Carpaccio with wholegrain fig mustard, enoki mushrooms, chipotle aioli, truffle oil and parmesan cheese
  • Crab Cake and Empanadas
  • Chef’s signature dishes combining Black Angus Tomahawk, a succulent 1.4 kg of cut carved at the table and served with three side dishes and two sauces, with best Chef’s Esteban’s Malbec Short Ribs, Argentinian Malbec, 12 hours slow-cooked Short Ribs with Palm Sugar and Polenta on the side and very delicious T-Bone or Tenderloin Steaks

Hunters Room and Grill at The Westin Doha Hotel and Spa is a contemporary Grill Restaurant inspired by the uncompromising quality, creativity and unique style of a traditional grill room. Serving the premium class meat selected from boutique farms, dishes are plated with a contemporary touch or carved live at the table.
