Do you love 90’s alt-rock revival sounds making a pop crossover? Beabadobee’s music does just that! Shortlisted this year for the Brits’ Rising Star Award (and longlisted for the BBC’s Sound of 2020), Beabadoobee has been making waves ahead of the release of her debut album ‘Fake It Flowers.’ Beabadoobee, whose real name is Beatrice Laus, is a Filipino-born British singer-songwriter. This 20-year-old artist blurs the genre barrier between pop and rock music in fascinating ways, to the point of nostalgic mirage. The first two songs on the album, ‘Care’ and ‘Worth It,’ are both a breathless rush. You can listen to the new album here.
