Total is now transforming to its new name TotalEnergies, adopting a new visual identity.
Shareholders approved almost unanimously the resolution for the transformation at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, anchoring its strategic transformation into a broad energy company in its identity.
Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies declared:
