Turkish Airlines received the APEX World Class and the 2023 Five Star Global Airline awards from APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) – one of the world’s most trusted and prominent aviation organisations.
Passengers rate over a million flights of almost 600 airlines around the world. Turkish Airlines received the APEX World Class award for the second time in a row, with independent reviews conducted by APEX and YATES+ following the criteria of safety and well-being, sustainability, service and guest experience.
Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee, Dr Ahmet Bolat said they are proud to receive the APEX World Class Award for the second time this year. Only eight airlines were deemed worthy of this award throughout the globe, and he said it shows the significance of the achievement. They are also pleased to be named Five Star Global Airline for the sixth year in a row.

Organised for the second time and given to a very limited number of airlines, APEX World Class Award was only given to eight airlines this year and based on passenger evaluations. The awards ceremony was held during the APEX/IFSA EXPO in Long Beach, California recently.
