Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar (VCUarts Qatar) recently opened the application for students seeking admission to the university for Academic Year 2023. The deadline for submission of applications is 15 January 2023.

Aspiring creatives can apply to the university’s four-year undergraduate programmes that offer specialisations in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Painting + Printmaking, and Art History. Those seeking to augment their undergraduate qualifications or enhance their existing careers can do so through the VCUarts Qatar MFA in Design programme. Students choosing to join VCUarts Qatar will also benefit from the presence of the recently launched Institute for Creative Research, the only one of its kind in the country.

Recruitment and Admissions Director Caitlin Murphy said they’re keen to welcome students who are willing to push boundaries in the application of art and design for the betterment of humanity.
