This casual all-day dining restaurant presents Persian-Iraqi dishes, offering a mouthwatering and abundant selection of appetisers, kebabs, stews, rice and desserts with a live DJ playing upbeat Middle Eastern beats. 

The Salad Bar is exceptional with various options, leaving you spoiled for choice, including a fresh salad counter where you can make your own salad. Chefs also prepare a freshly made Caesar salad with either chicken or shrimp. In addition to regular Middle Eastern salads such as hummus, tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, mutabbal, muhammara and more, there are also unique and enticing salads such a refreshing watermelon feta salad, beetroot, orange and feta salad,couscous salad with dried fruits, shirazi salad, Niçoise salad, kisir bulgur, and more. 

For seafood lovers, there are plenty of seafood salads including an octopus and calamari salad, shrimp cocktail, salmon tartare, salmon salad, potato and tuna salad, gravlax, and more – in addition to a Raw Bar Counter with shrimp, salmon, octopus and more. There is also a colourful cheese counter with a variety of cheeses such as ricotta, Gruyere, goat, bleu, Manchego, brie and more – with fruits, dried fruits, nuts and more. With abundant choices, you keep coming back for more. 

It’s time for kebab! Iraq and Iran are known for their delectable, juicy kebabs and grills, and Babylonia did not disappoint with a Freshly Made Charcoal Grilled Iranian Kebab Counter. Choose the kebab of your choice – Kabob koobideh, barg, jujeh, chelow, chenjeh – which is served with Persian barbari bread and grilled vegetables. There are various types of rice dishes including Iraqi chicken biryani. The dishes are more fragrant and not heavy on the spice, long on delicate, balanced flavours. There are other traditional Persian dishes: Koufteh Gousht (Persian meatball), Kashke Bademjan (Persian eggplant dip) and Ghezel Ala ba Narenj (trout with bitter orange).
