The Cultural Village Foundation – Katara opens the 4th edition of Mahaseel Festival, which will continue until 28 December, in the southern area of Katara Cultural Village, from 9 am to 9 pm.
After this month, the Mahaseel market will be open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 31 March.
Katara also opened an office in Building 47 for the Farmers Forum, which will be the first of its kind in Qatar, as it will bring owners of farms together to exchange experiences. The office will provide various activities such as workshops and related seminars, to contribute to the development of local agricultural production and to assess the output of the Mahaseel festival, especially after the success of previous editions, and encourage investment in agricultural projects.
The 4th edition of the Mahaseel Festival marks an increase in the number of participants such as shops, farms, agricultural and food companies, in addition to a group of recreational and educational activities focused on the importance of local food and agricultural products.
