We have been hearing rave reviews about the newly launched #BigAppleBrunch at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, so decided to check it out last weekend… must say we were impressed with this brunch with a twist!
It is not the conventional buffet brunch, it is an a la carte version. Your food is made to order choosing from an impressive menu. Appetisers include lobster bisque, NYSH steak tartare, foie gras, and the very popular seafood platter for two. While the main course packs in corn fed chicken, wagyu burger, and seared halibut. And for dessert you can choose from mango crepes, bourbon baba, chocolate souffle, seasonal fruits and berries.

It is an unlimited a la carte menu, you can order all items on the menu and the chef will deliver them to the table.
