The Ladies’ Night at Qatar Foundation has found a new home for the summer.

For the first time, the Education City Stadium will serve as the venue for the event which provides women and girls from across Qatar’s community with an opportunity to enjoy sports and fitness activities, relax and interact in a ladies-only space, free.

The next Ladies’ Night at Qatar Foundation will take place from 6 pm to 10 pm on Wednesday, 21 June, the venue which staged eight FIFA World Cup matches and is now becoming a hub dedicated to women’s and girls’ sports – providing people with a chance to experience the spectacular stadium from pitch level.

The Ladies’ Night will also be taking place at the stadium on 19 July and 23 August.

First session

For its first session at the Education City Stadium, the Ladies’ Night will feature classes from health and fitness providers WarriorFit, Un1t, Wyld, Evo Active, and V Lounge, as well as a football mini-tournament by the Paris Saint-Germain Academy. There will also be stadium runs around the arena courtesy of Adidas Runners Doha, Run the World, and QTR Run Ladies. And a Zumba session to be led by the team from Qatar Foundation.

Ladies who are interested to know more about the full range of ladies-only sports classes at Qatar Foundation will also have the opportunity to do so during the event. These sports classes are held all year round in Education City.

A Kids Corner, housed in the players’ tunnel area and run by Toys 4 Joy, will offer activities for children, including screenings of the Qatar Foundation edutainment series Siraj at the stadium’s media room.

For those looking to have a relaxing evening, there will also be areas for people to unwind, chat and enjoy food and drink from the Torba Store and Pinkberry. They can also browse through the Education City Gift Shop to find items not usually found in other stores in Qatar.

Entry to the stadium is free, with the main entry point at Gate 35, close to the Education City West Car Park and the Education City Tram services. All women and girls are welcome, and boys nine years old and younger.
