fit20, the innovative fitness concept that promises to change lives and improve health across the world, opened its second studio in Qatar at The Pearl. The opening was led by the Ambassador of the Kingdom of The Netherlands to the State of Qatar, HE Ferdinand Lahnstein.

fit20 is changing lives and improving health across the world due to its research-based innovative approach that promises to produce positive changes to strength, fitness and well-being with just one weekly 20-minute session.

Unique 20-minute workout

Centrally located at Tower 121 at The Pearl, fit20 is an innovative approach to fitness as it provides busy individuals with a unique workout. The workouts are held under the expert guidance of personal trainers and consist of slow and controlled high-intensity training.

The fitness sessions are held in a precision-cooled studio. The carefully regulated temperature allows health-conscious individuals to work out without perspiring, leading to a more comfortable fitness experience.

The HE Ferdinand Lahnstein said he is proud that the Dutch fitness franchise opened its second studio in Qatar and happy that fit20 actively contributes to healthy lifestyles especially as Qatar is considered the region’s sports hub. He said that such an initiative supports achieving a healthy population, one of the main objectives of the Human Development pillar in Qatar National Vision 2030.

It’s so great to be active and feel fit! Sports brings people, cultures and countries together.

fit20 Founder and CEO Walter Vendel said the new studio looks fantastic and wished the fit20 team in Qatar the very best in the new studio.

Founded in The Netherlands in 2009, fit20 witnessed remarkable growth worldwide. They have over 120 studios in Europe and are now expanding to the US, Qatar and New Zealand.
