Executive Chef Remi Van Peteghem, Maître Cuisinier de France, brings you a selection of the best dishes created by unique blends of flavours, including Salmon Coulibiac, Veal Blanquette, Cod Fish Cake, Vietnamese Pho, Moroccan Pastilla, and Pondicherry Bread Pudding. Live and interactive kitchens add vibrancy to the ambience.

For the desserts, Executive Pastry Chef, David Girard, creates a fantastic spread to end your brunch with an exquisite sweet touch, including the popular Choux a la Crème.
