The 4th edition of the Mahaseel festival organised by Katara Cultural Village will be extended until next Saturday, 4 January.

The festival is currently open, from 9 am to 9 pm at Katara’s southern area (opposite of The St. Regis Doha), and is part of Katara’s efforts to showcase and support the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 to attain food security and self-sufficiency in farming and production while helping Qatari farmers market their products and share experiences and expertise.

Visitors of the Mahaseel Souq will find all kinds of food produce, including dairy and juice products, honey and dates, fruits and vegetables, all kind of meats (white and red) and eggs. The market also has a dedicated a section for flower nurseries offering a variety of decorative plants.

The souq will remain open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until the end of March 2020, from 9 am to 9 pm.
