Mandarin Oriental, Doha’s has now officially launched its second elegant dining venue since its grand opening in March 2019.
The new restaurant provides guests with an experiential ‘Silk Route’ dining experience based on the culinary flavours from the exotic destinations of Asia, Middle East and Europe, while the interior design offers family-style seating in semi-private dining spaces indicative of traditional Qatari architecture.
The menu includes Japanese sushi, sashimi and robatayaki, Arabic mezze and grilled meats, sizzling hot Tandoor oven bread and exotic curries from India, delicate dim sum and wok-fried dishes from China and South East Asia, topped off with a selection of tempting desserts and sweets.
Mosaic’s nine lively open kitchens, reminiscent of traditional street markets, showcase talented chefs creating international delights designed for sampling and sharing among friends and family.
Diners are invited to celebrate Mosaic’s official opening with our new Culinary Delights offer, wherein one guest will enjoy a complimentary dining experience when accompanied by three or more guests for breakfast, lunch, or dinner until 30 November 2019.
Mosaic is located on the 8th floor of the hotel with indoor and outdoor seating, offering panoramic views of Barahat Msheireb town square, Al Corniche and West Bay.
