Also in the framework of the first-of-its-kind Chefs of Qatar Virtual Food Festival, Chef Timur has also collaborated with renowned Qatari chef, pilot, and founder of The Cooking Academy, Hassan Al Ibrahim. The collaboration was the fruit of several workshops and food tastings the two chefs held at the Morimoto kitchen, with a bespoke menu blending Qatari and Japanese flavours to be soon revealed and available for delivery via Talabat.

The menu curated by the two famous chefs will feature traditional Qatari products –  hamour, lamb chops and local baby chickens prepared with the finest Japanese techniques, sauces and add-ins.
