Qatar Airways, Qatar Duty Free to Sponsor Total Open Women’s Tennis Tournament 2018
Qatar Airways and Qatar Duty Free (QDF) are jointly sponsoring the Qatar Total Open Women’s Tennis Tournament 2018 at the state-of-the-art Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha.
Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark leads the competition this year, after winning her first Grand Slam title at the 2018 Australian Open last month. Wozniacki, currently ranked number one by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), will compete against several of the world’s top players during the thrilling seven day championship.
Qatar Airways Senior Vice-President for Marketing and Corporate Communications, Salam Al Shawa, said they were delighted to sponsor this year’s Qatar Total Open 2018, which will bring many of the world’s most talented female tennis players to compete for the coveted championship title.
