The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy (SC) recently opened another Hayya Card service centre to assist fans attending this year’s FIFA World Cup™.

The latest facility located at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) will provide face-to-face support for fans with Hayya Card enquiries. Fans will be able to print a physical Hayya Card at the venue, though applicants should note that this is NOT mandatory.

The DECC Hayya Card service centre is open from 10 am to 10 pm daily and from 2 pm to 10 pm on Fridays, until 23 December. This is the second Hayya service centre after Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Arena (ABHAA).

The Hayya Card is mandatory for all FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ ticketholders. It will provide ticket holders access to stadiums and free public transport. It will also act as an entry permit for international fans. Approved Hayya Card holders coming from outside Qatar will receive a PDF copy of the entry permit by email.

Hayya Operations Director at SC Saeed Al Kuwari said they look forward to supporting fans at both DECC and ABHAA to ensure a smooth Hayya Card process for everyone.

Hayya Card applications can be made online or via the Hayya to Qatar 2022 mobile app, available via the iOS App Store and Google Play. Applicants must have a valid match ticket number and should have their personal details, passport photograph and accommodation information on hand during the application.

SC also organised a series of webinars to explain the Hayya Card process. Click here for more details.
