The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is launching the first French brasserie in Doha, Sel & Miel, this week, opening its doors to guests who want to have a ‘taste’ and ‘feel’ of an authentic French restaurant.
Reminiscent of Parisian lifestyle, the brasserie delivers delicious French-inspired fare in a sophisticated ambience. Sel & Miel features a marble bar, gold touches throughout the venue and a large colourful mosaic along the main wall. It has comfortable interiors with four different seating sections – the main dining area, a bar seating, and an indoor terrace, plus a private dining room called the Chef’s Table which can accommodate nine guests.
